Mailchimp, the email and marketing software and services company, said yesterday that it’s buying a business magazine and media company: London-based Courier, which has become one of my favorite publications — covering “stories of modern business” — over the past few years.

Unlike other business magazines and websites that have devolved into puffery, snark, and clickbait, Courier focuses on positive, substantive profiles, trend pieces, advice, and how-to articles.
