Introducing the Consumer Trends Food & Wellness Special 2025
What do Americans say they want to eat? What are they actually eating? And what do they really think about seed oils?
I’m excited to share a new Consumer Trends special(!) report, my latest collaboration with Coefficient Capital.
This latest Consumer Trends report is a 63-slide presentation that you can view and download for free.
It’s the latest in our ongoing Consumer Trends series, which has now generated 12 reports. (All of this continues to be inspired, of course, by analyst and investor Mary Meeker’s legendary Internet Trends report.)
- Topics include: Our latest research on food, beverage, and wellness trends, including exclusive data from Instacart.
- The “MAHA” movement: How do Americans think about RFK Jr. and the bigger “Make America Healthy Again” idea?
- What do consumers really think about seed oils? And mushroom coffee?
- Results from our 12th original Consumer Trends survey of more than 3,000 US consumers, in partnership with Toluna. For example: More consumers think Olipop is healthier than Coca-Cola. But which tastes better?
I’ll also be exploring many of these topics further for members. And we plan to keep this series going. Thanks again for your support.
Questions? Feedback? Want me to present this at your event or to your team? I’m dan@newconsumer.com.
