Introducing the Consumer Trends Food & Wellness Special Report

We’re at an inflection point: Health is wealth, and food is medicine.

Consumer Trends Food and Wellness 2023 Special Report
Just in time for Anaheim.

I’m excited to share a new Consumer Trends special(!) report, my latest collaboration with Coefficient Capital.

The latest is a 53-slide presentation that you can view and download for free, with a special focus on food, health, and wellness.

It’s the latest in our ongoing Consumer Trends series, which has now generated six reports. (All of this continues to be inspired, of course, by analyst and investor Mary Meeker’s legendary Internet Trends report.)

  • Topics include: How consumers are thinking about their health and wellness right now, including specific food and diet trends. How Gen. Z and Millennials discover recipes and food brands on TikTok and YouTube. And more.
  • Exclusive online grocery data provided by Instacart — special thanks.
  • Results from our sixth original Consumer Trends survey of more than 3,000 US consumers, in partnership with Toluna. Sample insight: Half of TikTok users say they’ve prepared a new recipe because of a video.

I’ll also be exploring many of these topics further for members. And we plan to keep this series going. So if you’re new to The New Consumer, please consider joining as a member.

Questions? Feedback? Want me to present this at your event or to your team? I’m dan@newconsumer.com.
